Usually you wouldn't expect much from a refresh, but the 2006 Audi A4 3.2 Avant has enough updates to be called new. Available as a Sedan or Avant wagon, it is based on the same platform and uses all the traditional Audi strengths while adding some flair to both exterior and interior design. The trunk is deep and spacious, especially enhanced in Avants due to its body style, and all 3.2 come with dual-zone automatic climate control, one-touch windows and an in-dash six-CD changer as standard. It shows excellent results on the road as well.
The A4 Avant is amazingly well balanced, responsive and easy to handle. Its new retuned suspension soaks up all the bumps for a smooth ride, so it is perfect for day-to-day driving. All Avants have quattro all-wheel drive.
For the price of around $23,000-$24,000, the 2006 Audi A4 3.2 Avant will definitely be close to the top of the list for many buyers.
